This course will take you on a 5 day journey that will increase your strength, increase your flexibility and that will calm, center and balance your mind.

Designed with the complete beginner in mind, this program will suit all levels from beginner up.

Each day you will be guided through a 15 minute yoga practice where you will discover new postures that will challenge your body in different areas.

Each yoga practice comes with a beautifully illustrated PDF of the yoga poses for you to download and print out.

Following each yoga practice, you will be offered a guided meditation that goes for around 5-10 minutes, the meditations offered are short but powerful, each day you will experience a new style of meditation.

By doing this course you can experience how a regular yoga and meditation practice can be so deeply nourishing for both the body and the mind.
