Welcome to my course, a 5-day Pilates challenge: 1 new workout for you to do every day, for 5 days in a row!

Hi, my name is Donna Finnie and I’m a certified Pilates instructor. Pilates is one of the best ways to get in shape. There are many variations of Pilates, but all of them focus on working your core muscles and improving your posture.

This is an exciting 5 Day Pilates Challenge program. We will learn and practice different exercises that help us improve our overall health.

I designed this program to be as fun, challenging, and rewarding as possible. I’ve been teaching Pilates for many years and I know that when I go to class, I want to smile, laugh, and have fun.

I also want to sweat, feel challenged, and get a good workout. That’s why I designed this routine to be challenging and fun.

Each workout is different from the last, no two days are the same. The workouts are challenging, they’ll get your blood pumping and your body talking to you, but if you make these workouts part of your regular exercise routine, you’ll soon feel the benefits.

I’ve also included a extra video you can do on day 6, one to help stretch out your body after the previous 5 days hard work.

Upon completing the challenge once you’ll understand what’s involved…so start again! Roll over the challenge and see if you can do it for several weeks, you’ll benefit even more if you repeat it.
