What is IT?

Have you always wondered what people do in IT?  Do you think it is fixing printers?  Or maybe you think it is getting complaints from end-users about how they have to reset their password every thirty days.  Did you know there are so many different paths you can take in the IT field?  Did you also know that in this field you will always have to learn new technologies?  In this course,  I will teach you about the different paths that you can go into for IT.  Some of the professional paths are Systems Administrator, Network Administrator, Cybersecurity, Helpdesk, Cloud Administrators, Database Administrator, and more!  I do not list them all in this course, but you are free to research some more on your own!  I will also teach you about the different certifications in the IT field for different paths such as AWS, Network+, A+, and Microsoft.  Towards the end of the course,  I walk you through different labs that maybe a cybersecurity professional would use.  I also show you what a systems administrator would use.  I hope by the end of this course you can decide if the IT field is for you!  If not,  I hope you learned some valuable information through the time that you spent going through my course.
