This course is my way of thanking you for supporting and following me through my parkour journey. Just know that i really appreciate it, also why i have spend a lot of time and energy creating a course that is of no cost to you! In this course you will learn the way that i strength train, and the way that has helped me overcome injuries as i have been injured since i started training parkour.
