Why take this course?

Hello and welcome to Art Studio

I am Morteza and, in this course, we are looking at making a knife set. It going to be very fun to create. This course is ended a beginner to intermediate level. We have other course for free on Art Studio page on Udemy so check out those as well.

•   First Before starting modeling, we will take you through the fundamentals of blender 3.2.

• In the second section, we import image reference and we will take you through the modeling. In here you will learn modeling from creating easy models, with different examples. You will learn all the tools and techniques you need for modeling a very cool knife set. Later we use Boolean modifier to shape our very basic knife handle and we re-topology it and we use subdivision modifier to make it smooth and nice.

  • In the third section we will model the knife Blade based on image reference. We learn how to create holes in objects how to use solidify modifier to give planes thickness and as well how to use subdivision in a good way

• In the next section we will go through the UV unwrapping. Here you learn: different ways of unwrapping for the handle and blades. Where and how add mark seams and a lot more.

• Next, we go through the shading: Here you learn how to create easy material using free pbr textures and how to apply them to different surfaces.

• In the next section we will talk about the lighting. We will use easy HDRI to lighting our final scene. You learn how to use HDRI to add more interest to your scene.
