Why did Paul write the letter to the Thessalonians?
To ensure they remained in faith because he was unable to visit them, therefore, he had to send Timothy. He also wrote the letter to the Thessalonians to encourage them in faith so that they will not be unsettled by Paulβs trials (1 Thessalonians 2v17-3v3). He also wrote the letter to silence those who felt he took advantage of the people of Thessalonica. (1 Thessalonians 2v1-6).
